Micah Raburn (week of 11th December to 22nd of December 2017)

Olatz Perez (week of 27th November to 8th of December 2017)

I am audiovisual filmmaking student in the Basque Country. When I was 13 years old my parents gave me a camera and I began taking photos. I have loved films and writing since I was a child and I have always known I wanted to study something related to this. Regarding the film, I had an idea about what haikus communicated to me, so I prepared the screenplay and began to film it with the help of a classmate, who is the actor of the film. I wanted to convey the power of the human and the relationship between it and nature, so I decided to use a red rose as a symbol of nature.

Erika Nieva da Cunha (week of 13th November to 24th of November 2017)

Constance Boulay (week of 30th October to 10th of November 2017)

I’m 30 years old and a self-taught visual artist. Film is my preferred medium because of its instantaneity. I like to capture those exquisite moments in life because they are ephemeral. Visual poetry is at the heart of my artistic endeavours, as is capturing the impermanence of things.

Benjamin Choiselat- Meyohas (week of 16th to 27th of October 2017)

I’m 20 years old and I’m studying cinema in Paris. I have always been interested in writing and staging, convincing me that this is the environment in which I would like to work. I am destined to create video, test film, performance etc in the world of contemporary art. The haïku poems have always touched me by their sincere simplicity and I found it very interesting to use their form and to transcribe the essence of these Japanese poems through cinema.

Raphaël Venayre (WEEK OF 2ND TO 14TH OF OCTOBER 2017)

I’m a student in France, a big fan of cinema and video, i made a lot of video alone or with my Friends, just because i love it, it’s my passion.
